Building and Public Works study
Our design office is responsible for the design of works and the monitoring and control of the execution of all types of civil engineering works.
In the design and study phase of projects, he works on the development of:
Summary Preliminary Project (APS); ;
Detailed Preliminary Design (APD): plans, sections, facades, execution details etc.
Finite element modeling and evaluation of the stability of structures;
Written documents (Calculation note, descriptive estimate, estimated estimate, etc.);
Bidding documents (Specifications, terms of reference, contracts etc.);
Complete file for obtaining the building permit;
Real estate appraisal report.
Guidance, advice and technical assistance in decision-making by the owner.
In the monitoring-control phase, he works to respect the :
Work execution time (planning);
Specifications and technical requirements;
Quality of the whole work.
BECADIS is a general design office with competent staff in all trades (TCE), that is to say in all construction specialties.
We carry out the design of structural works in:
Reinforced concrete ;
Metallic structure ;
Wood structure;
Mixed structure ;
Etc.
R.V.N (roads and various networks).
We carry out the technical study and the execution of the development works. We develop graphic documents and technical descriptions corresponding to the services and work in collaboration with the various stakeholders of the project.
CONSTRUCTION ECONOMY
In order to support and satisfy the customer, we are working to:
The preparation of the quantities of the work taking into account the economic parameter;
The cost estimate for each of the components of the work according to the client's budget;
The development of written documents necessary for consulting companies.
